2. Information we may collect
We may process information voluntarily provided when contacting ZMR, including name, company, telephone number, email address, subject and message content.
For security, abuse prevention and evidence of authorization, the system may also record technical data such as IP address, date and time, referring page, basic browser information and the accepted consent text.
The website is not directed at minors and does not deliberately request sensitive data. Please avoid including such information in message fields.
3. Purposes and basis for processing
Information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, analyze business opportunities, maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, send requested responses and communications, protect the website against misuse and comply with legal or contractual obligations.
Processing is carried out with the data subject’s prior informed authorization where required, to implement measures requested by the user, fulfill contractual relationships and comply with applicable legal duties.

The Google map loads only when the visitor chooses to activate it. At that point, Google may receive the IP address and other technical data. If reCAPTCHA is enabled to protect the form, its use may also involve data processing by Google.
Links to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Maps or other services lead to external platforms with their own policies. ZMR does not sell personal data. It may share data with hosting, email, support or security providers acting under the company’s instructions, and with authorities where legally required.
5. Data subject rights
Under Colombian law, data subjects may learn about, access, update and correct their data; request proof of authorization; learn how their information has been used; revoke authorization or request deletion where appropriate; and submit complaints to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce after completing the direct procedure with ZMR.
To exercise these rights, send a request to the indicated email address, identifying the data subject, clearly describing the request and providing the information necessary to locate the data. ZMR will respond within the applicable legal deadlines.
